In recent years, new products of Shuguang Vacuum Tube Factory are emerging one after another:
 845B: Shuguang 845B synthesizes the merits of the same kind made by world-famous factories. It is carefully designed by the designers, delicately made by the advanced technical workers and exquisitely polished by the craftsmen, which possesses the following characteristics: The positive electrode is made of thickened and highly purified titanized graphite. Its plate dissipation is 5W higher than the original one. The heat capacity is larger, thus decreasing the air release. The outside material of the positive electrode can help absorb the trace air released by the working tubes. The negative electrode adopts the thorium tungsten. It possesses great emission ability, insuring the steady current output and fine characteristics when receiving big signal. Highly purified aluminium oxide china is used to fix the elements, for it has very low medium dissipation and high insulating ability. Additionally, the distance between the electrode go-betweens is larger, thus the leak of electricity becoming less and the tube’s noise almost being silenced. The holder to fix the positive electrode is made up of pure nickel. Its surface is shining, and its air content is very low.  845C: 845C is the product that the friends of HIFI long for. Through nearly 20 times of sample sending, trial listening and improving, it is finally put out in the early December 2004. Its birth gives people a big surprise. It has an elegant figure. And its colors are in great harmony, with the long white positive electrode going against the black heat dissipating pieces. 845C carries forward all the advantages of 845B except that its power is a little lower.
Both of the tubes are delicately packed. The inner shockproof is made up of foam rubber of high density; the outer box is made up of high-intensity hard paper, which is backed up with deep blue coat, with the silvery white label going against it, sufficiently symbolizing its nobility and great value.
The 300BS family includes 300BS-B and 300BS-C. Both are spindle-shaped, reminding people of the long history and mature quality of 300B. The tube foot applies ceramic whiteware gold pin or gold cup gold pin. The former seems durable, and its colors are in harmony; the latter seems more elegant and poised, making its owner feel that it is worthy. The positive electrode is a netted screen, being made of carbonized pure nickel. This design is to decrease the secondary electron emission and improve the quality of acoustical restoring. In 1998, Shuguang began to spend a lot of money on new techniques and equipments. It is an unprecedented reform, which has got outstanding achievement. A set of products named by “98” such as KT88-98, 6550-98 and 300B-98 come out. 300B-98 is one of the successful improvements of that year. Comparing with the original 300B, it has greater stability and better tone quality. It is deeply loved by the 300B fans, with its annual sales exceeding 15000, occupying 80% of the global outputs. 300B-98B and 300B-98C use hook instead of spring hanger and make the positive electrode of netted structure, thus solving the problem of the its high frequency. The positive electrode of 300B-98B is carbonized, with the surface gray; while the one of 300B-98C is titanized, with the surface black. These two kinds of tubes are characterized by sweet, mellow voice, broad frequency hand and delicate distinguishing ability of voice. The ClassA power output of single tube can reach 7W. They are broadly cognized and applied by factories.
4. 2A3B/2A3C
The 2A3 tube is the type of double tubes. The connection of the tube foot has either 4 feet or 8 feet. It has ever been called mini “300 B”. In May 2004, Shuguang puts out 2A3B that is single frequency. The filament of 2A3 is likely to shake because of heat expansion, thus making the output unsteady. However, the one of 2A3B applies the spring hanger of high intensity, thus solving the problem. Further more, its output power has enlarged. And both the upper and downmica plate apply a kind of design to prevent it leaking electricity, thus silencing the noise. 2A3B has high stability and exquisite workmanship, better than the Russian tubes of the same kind. At present, its sales are increasing by month.
2A3C is quite similar to 2A3B. It applies the glass bulb of 300B-98. Three layers of mica plate, having good shockproof ability, fix the tube core. Like 2A3B, the 2A3C music is sweet, mellow and full. Its figure is quite similar to 300B-90, giving people a kind of visual enjoyment while appreciating wonderful music. It is the first choice of medium and mini HIFI sounder. 2A3B and 2A3B can be reciprocally used with each other, both of which are the main recommending products of Shuguang.
SG-50 is a product being developed. It is designed by synthesizing the advantages of (德律风根) and American 50 tubes. It can be directly reciprocally with any kind of 50 tubes in the world. Its filament power is 7.5V, current 1.25±0.5A. And the maximum power of the positive electrode can reach 650V. The positive electrode is netted designed, with the grid gilded. SG-50 applies stem of large span to lead the lines, upper and down china sheet to fix the electrode. It applies eggplant shaped glass bulb, old hookdesignand black tube foot of china gold pin. In recent years, the prime amplifier of Shuguang has gotten great achievement. In turn it produces 12AX7, 12AX7A, 12AX7B, 12AX7M, 12AX7-Ⅲ, 12AU7, 12AT7, 6P14P and EL84. 12AX7 is an ordinary kind of product, being generally used where there is no heavy demand of silencing noise and pshaw. 12AX7A is a completely qualified product, which has passed the testing of pshaw, noise and microphone. It is fit for the first tube, satisfying the highest demand of prime signal amplifying. It has high rate of being qualified, far exceeding the Russian products. Its exports occupy 50% of the global outputs. 12AX7B is the improvement of 12AX7A, and it completely obviates the microphone effect of 12AX7A. 12AX7M is the product, which Shuguang specially develops for a foreign company; herein we will not make out a specific introduction. The tube core of 12AX7M is shorter than 12AX7B, thus lowering the possibility of its vibration to the music，and the anti-microphone effect is more sufficient. However, its amplifying performance and gain is relatively inferior. So it is a good choice of the type that has no high demand of amplification performance and sensibility. EL84 is another type of improved product. Comparing with 6P14P, it has greater compressive strength and output power. It is mainly used in bookshelf sounder of low power and the outer sounder of computers. Being considered as the best one in the world, EL84 has broad market outlook.
7025 is the prime amplifier of highest quality in Shuguang. It can function as 12AX7B. Because of its perfect accomplish in controlling noise and microphone effect, many famous factories in the world stock it. It is the pet work of prime amplifiers in Shuguang.
